I’ve always been fascinated by the human body.
Long before I became a massage therapist, I worked as a nurse, where I witnessed something remarkable.
Again and again, I saw how a simple, compassionate touch could calm fear, ease discomfort, and remind people they weren’t facing difficult moments alone.
It taught me something no textbook ever could:
Healing isn’t only about medicine.
It’s also about feeling cared for.
Twenty-two years ago, that realization led me to massage therapy.
What began as a career change became the work I believe I was always meant to do.
Every body has a story.
Every person walks through my door carrying something different.
Pain.
Stress.
An old injury.
A demanding career.
Grief.
Or simply the weight of everyday life.
My role isn’t to offer the same massage to every client.
It’s to listen.
To understand.
And to create a treatment that’s as individual as the person on my table.
Over the years my curiosity has only grown.
I’ve continued studying fascia, movement, the nervous system, and whole-person wellness because I believe lasting change happens when we care for the whole person, not just the place that hurts.
Outside the treatment room…
You’ll usually find me in the woods with my family, tending my garden, creating something with my hands, or simply enjoying the quiet moments that help me stay rooted myself.
Because I believe we can’t offer peace to others unless we make space for it in our own lives.
Helping people feel more at home in their bodies isn’t just my profession.
It’s my privilege.
And I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
